When we opened our Bistro expansion in the Heights seven years ago, we had a clear vision for our business and for the community. We sought to both expand our culinary palette and develop an innovative and forward-thinking bar program. We pursued these goals—and achieved them, we feel—while adhering to the core principles of Boulevard of exemplary customer service, a commitment to employee satisfaction, and sourcing our products as locally as possible. It’s no secret that over the past two years businesses such as ours have suffered from the difficulties associated with the coronavirus. Though our morning, afternoon, and early evening business continue to thrive (and a special thanks to all of you who have supported us), we have tried multiple angles in which to boost our nighttime, dine-in service, but unfortunately, to no avail. It is with extremely heavy hearts that we are announcing the end of our Friday and Saturday evening dine-in service. The final evenings will be Friday, February 25th, and Saturday, February 26th. Our Heights Market will still be open until 7:00 and as always we will continue to offer our dinner special to-go Monday through Saturday evenings. Also, full-service Sunday Brunch will not be affected in any way. In addition to these changes, we would like to announce a new focus on booking our Bistro area for special events in the evenings.
