DAILY BREADS
Baguette
Slowly fermented traditional French bread with a thin crackly crust and a soft, chewy crumb. This recipe won America’s Coupe de Boulangerie (World Baking Cup) team a gold medal in France. Vegan.
Ciabatta
Rustic Italian bread with a thin, crisp crust and a porous interior. Perfect for ripping and dipping.
White Sourdough
Leavened naturally, this bread maintains a very robust flavor, milky interior, and strong, bubbly outer crust. Vegan.
Whole Wheat Sourdough
We begin with our sourdough starter and add artisan and coarse whole-wheat flours. The end result is bread with a slightly nutty, smooth yet pronounced flavor, and strong outer crust. Vegan.
Country Rye Sourdough
This sourdough bread is made with artisan and dark rye flours, cracked rye berries, and caraway, and as with our other sourdough breads has a strong outer crust. Vegan.
Pagnotta
A traditional Italian peasant bread crafted with artisan white, wheat, and rye flours. This loaf has a mild sourdough flavor and a crisp yet strong crust. Great for soup or sliced for sandwiches. Vegan.
8-Grain Heart Healthy
A hearty wheat bread with rye berries, oats, polenta, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, flax seed, millet, and sesame seed. High in fiber and protein. Vegan.
